Accessing Umapped Support

If you have questions about the Trip Publisher or mobile app, here's how to get the answers you need.

Access our Support Portal from the Trip Publisher

From within the Trip Publisher, click on the Menu icon.



From the menu drawer, select Support.



Type your keyword into the Umapped Trip Publisher Support Portal, select the most appropriate suggestion, or hit return/enter on your keyboard to return all results. You can also choose one of the categories to begin browsing articles.
