If you have Vendors such as cruise ships or restaurants that you frequently work with, you can create and save your popular Vendors for future use.
Click on the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner and select Library from the menu drawer.
Click the Vendors tab from the Library, then click the Add icon and choose the type of Vendor you want to add to your Library.
Enter the Vendor name and details and click Create.
Click Add Photo to add from your library, the web, or upload your photos.
Your new vendor will now be available to search in the Vendor screen or as an option when creating a custom segment in your Trip.
Vendors can be shared amongst all Company users but can only be added or edited by Administrators and Power Member users.
Making a change to the vendor profile will affect all itineraries that include the vendor. Changes that would apply to all instances of this vendor in already created Trips should only be made.
