Umapped partners with OAG to deliver day-of travel flight notifications. Flight tracking begins 24 hours before each flight's scheduled departure time.
NOTE: There are some LCC airlines that flight notifications are NOT sent for.
For Travellers
A reminder email will be sent to Travellers 24 hours before a flight's departure time.
An email will be sent to Travellers if there is a delay or cancellation.
Travellers will also see a notification in their mobile app and Web View.
The mobile app and web view will also show notifications of Gate changes.
For Travel Advisors
An email will be sent to Travel Advisors if there is a flight delay or cancellation.
To enable/disable flight notifications for travellers, visit your Account Preferences.
Click the toggle for Traveller Flight Notifications to change the status, then select Save.
Any flight time delays will be automatically updated on the web itinerary and mobile app beginning 24 hours before each flight's scheduled departure time. Any newly generated PDF after the notification will also reflect the update.
Flight Notifications are integrated within the Mobile App and the Web View for an optimal customer experience.
As with any notification service, the accuracy of this flight information cannot be 100% guaranteed. You should always advise travellers to confirm their flight details directly with the airline.
