How to add Library Document files to an itinerary

Files (attachments) added to a Document Page in your Library can be easily added to any itinerary.

First, you must create a document within your library with a page and a file attachment.

Navigate to the itinerary to which you want to add a file (from your Document Library).
  1. Select Documents
  2. Select the FILE ATTACHMENTS tab
  3. Click ATTACH FILE


Next, search and add the file.
  1. Select the SEARCH LIBRARY tab
  2. Begin typing the name of the file in the KEYWORD SEARCH box
  3. Select (check) the file you want to attach
  4. Click ATTACH FILE


The file from your Document Library is now added as a file attachment to this trip.



Idea
You can associate an attached file with a segment within the itinerary. When viewing the segment details, click ATTACH FILE and search for the previously attached file under the SEARCH FILE ATTACHMENTS tab.
