How to add Library Document files to an itinerary
Files (attachments) added to a Document Page in your Library can be easily added to any itinerary.
First, you must create a document within your library with a page and a file attachment.
Navigate to the itinerary to which you want to add a file (from your Document Library).
- Select Documents
- Select the FILE ATTACHMENTS tab
- Click ATTACH FILE
Next, search and add the file.
- Select the SEARCH LIBRARY tab
- Begin typing the name of the file in the KEYWORD SEARCH box
- Select (check) the file you want to attach
- Click ATTACH FILE
The file from your Document Library is now added as a file attachment to this trip.
You can associate an attached file with a segment within the itinerary. When viewing the segment details, click ATTACH FILE and search for the previously attached file under the SEARCH FILE ATTACHMENTS tab.
