Importing a Template into a Trip
You can import a template that you've created directy into a Trip. Templates in Trip Publisher allow you to create a trip model that can be saved and reused for similar Trips. They have a wide range of functionality comparable to building a Trip, but they offer the added benefit of efficiently reusing a Template for future Trips.
Import a template into a trip
Once you have a trip created, select the Import Template option from the left-side menu.
Start typing the name of the template you want to import in the Search Templates field and select your template from the search results.
Select the Start Date for the templated trip segments and click Import Template Into Trip.
Your entire template has now been added to your trip.

After importing a template, each segment must be reviewed and updated with the correct times based on your confirmed booking details. Since templates are created with time frames (e.g., Morning, Afternoon, and Evening), the proper timing needs to be adjusted. Additional details, such as passenger information for flights and room types for accommodations, can also be added during this review.
