Importing from Wetu as a Tour Operator
By enabling the Wetu API key, branded itineraries can be imported directly into the Trip Publisher by two different methods.
Import from Suppliers
Log into the Trip Publisher account and create a new trip by clicking +New button.
Click on Suppliers, then select the logo for your brand.
To import existing bookings: Enter the Reference Number and click Search.
- You may experience a short delay, typically 20-50 seconds, in importing the tour details into the Trip Publisher.
To search Available Tours: Enter the destination and click Search.
- Only tours designated as multi-day itineraries will be searchable.
When you've located your desired tour, click Import and your booking will be added directly to your itinerary.
The tour will now appear as segments in your trip.
Import from Wetu
Log into the Trip Publisher account and create a new trip by clicking +New button.
Click on Suppliers, then select the Import from Wetu tab.
Enter a Keyword, select All Itineraries from the Itinerary Types dropdown menu and click Search.
The tour will now appear as segments in your trip.
