Navigating the Dashboard

The Dashboard is the landing page for the Trip Publisher, where you can browse, filter, and search through your Trips and Bookings.



Trips

When logging in or navigating to your Trips, your Dashboard will default to the MY CURRENT TRIPS tab. You can navigate between My Current Trips, Trips Shared with Me, Company Trips, or My Past Trips.
  1. My Current Trips are Trips you've created and will display in progress and future trips by default.
  2. Trips Shared with Me are trips you're Collaborating on (for more on Collaboration, click here).
  3. Company Trips are Trips created within your agency.
  4. My Past Trips will display all past trips that you've created.
Only Administrator accounts can view Company Trips unless Company User Groups have been set up. To update account levels or groups, contact your administrator or contact support@umapped.com.
Search through your Trips within the Dashboard by clicking the Filter icon beside the search bar.



Filter Trips by DateTrip Status or Date Created. Select All to browse all Trips. Use the search bar to refine even further by keyword or tag.
Active Trips (in progress and future trips) are displayed by default under the My Current Trips and Company Trips tab.

View or import Bookings

Use the Booking Inbox option from the sidebar to search or import new bookings from our GDS and supplier partners.
Click the Email API Log tab to view the history of bookings imported via email confirmation forwarding.
