Supporting Documents and Trip Notes

Documents and Notes are great ways to add information, details, or insights without having to associate them with a specific booking segment.

Documents

From within a Trip, select Documents.


In the Content from Library section, select Add Document to add an existing Document. To learn how to create new Library Documents search this portal for "Documents".



To add a PDF or Word document, select Attach File, then browse your device to upload a file, or click the Search Library tab to choose a file attached to a Page in your Document Library. Once chosen, click Attach File to add the document.


All documents will be available from the Documents header in the Web View.



Click on an attachment to download/view.

Notes

Notes can be private (just for you and your Collaborators) or public (for your Travellers to view within their Trip). They can be linked to a booking or placed anywhere within your Trip.

To add a Note, click the Add icon (+) in the bottom-right corner of your screen and select Note.

Notes can be as simple or as detailed as you choose, and can be associated with a date, time, or booking, or can simply stand alone within
the Trip.

        Follow the steps below to create a Trip itinerary. From the Dashboard, click +New. Add the Trip name, dates & Tags (optional) and click Create Trip. Click the Camera icon to add a Trip cover photo. Bookings and content can now be created or imported.
