Select the Format drop-down menu to select the paragraph format type.
Use the formatting icons to make selected text bold, italic, underlined, hyperlinked, or add bullets or numbered lists.

After typing a sentence/paragraph pressing Enter/Return will begin a new paragraph (i.e. a line space will appear before the new paragraph/sentence). To start a new line without a break between paragraphs, press SHIFT + Enter/Return.
Tables
Click the Table icon to insert a table into your note.
- Use the dialogue box to customize your table and add a caption, then click OK to add it.
Rows and columns can be added to your table anytime by right-clicking the table and selecting Row or Column.
Other table properties can be updated by selecting Table Properties from this menu.
Highlight cells and right-click to select the Cell option, which includes Cell Properties, like text alignment, cell splitting, or border and background colours (hexadecimal and RGB format).
Links
- Highlight the text you would like to apply a link to.
- Select the Link icon.
- Choose the link type (URL, Email, or Phone).
- Enter the link info (URL, email, or phone number).
If you have complex formatted Notes, save them as a
Page in a Document to use repeatedly.
