The 'Get Ready for Your Trip' Email

Once you have Published your Trip and added a Traveller(s), a Trip Email is generated inviting your Travellers to view their Trip. Several features in the Get Ready For Your Trip email will allow Travellers to engage with their Trip.



1. Company Logo

2. Trip Cover Photo

3. Trip Name

4. Trip Dates

5. View Your Trip button. This provides a link for Travellers to access the Web View, where they can browse their Trip, or even add segments (if Traveller Collaboration is enabled).

6. Advisor Contact Card. Your details are always visible.

7. iOS and Android mobile app download links. Travellers can access their Trips on their mobile devices.

8. Advisor social links. If no website links are present within the user profile, the Company's social links are used, if applicable.
