Travel Requirements is accessible on the web view of your customers' itinerary.

At the top of the Trip, travellers will see the Travel Requirements category to the right of Documents; click into this category.

Within Travel Requirements, travellers will be prompted to add their travel information.
  1. Travellers must input their flight information, departure/arrival destinations, vaccine status, passport, and departure/arrival dates.

Once the traveller has input their information, the requisite entry, health and safety requirements will populate in a message below.

The Travel Requirements tool will remain a separate category at the top of the itinerary for their trip, allowing travellers to access updated information at any time.
