Traveller Collaboration | Web View

If the Traveller Collaboration feature is enabled in your Preferences, your Travellers can add segments and Notes to their Trip on the web or mobile app. 


In the Web View, Travellers can open their Trip and click the Add To Trip button in the bottom right corner to add additional bookings or Notes.



If your Traveller adds any segments, those segments will automatically sync to your Trip in the Trip Publisher. Travellers cannot remove or edit components you've created, even with Traveller Collaboration enabled. Although you can edit/delete a segment added by a Traveller, it is recommended that you advise your Traveller of any changes made to segments they have added.
NOTES added by a Traveller via collaboration:
  1. will only be visible to the traveller on the web view or within the mobile app.
  2. will NOT be viewable to you (the Travel Consultant)
  3. will NOT display on the PDF


The Traveller Collaboration feature allows your Travellers to add bookings, making their Trip a complete experience.
Traveller Collaboration is only available as part of the Professional plan (and during your free trial). Contact support@umapped.com to upgrade your account and utilize the Professional Plan features.
