Trip Building Workflow: Booking Inbox

Trip Building Workflow: Booking Inbox

Follow the steps below to access your Booking Inbox in the Trip Publisher

Within a Trip, select Import Bookings.

From the Booking Inbox, search for the reservation by Record Locator or keyword and select the GDS type from the Source dropdown menu, then click Search.
  1. Bookings synced via Sabre LIVE or ClientBase Sync should appear automatically if your Sabre ID or ClientBase ID are linked to your account.

Search results will be listed below.

Add the bookings by clicking the Options icon (three vertical dots), then Add To Trip.

All booking details will be added as segments within the Trip.

If you use a GDS or CRM, you may be able to import your bookings or even integrate them with Umapped directly. Here are a few ways to connect these workflows.

Sabre LIVE/ClientBase Sync integration
If you or your company uses Sabre, you can contact Umapped to set up a Sabre LIVE integration. This is available even while using a free trial!
If you are set up with Sabre Live, bookings you place in your Umapped queue will be synced to your Booking Inbox automatically.
If you are set up with ClientBase Sync, your ResCards will sync to your Booking Inbox several times a day.
