Known Issues

InfoListed below are the current known issues within the Umapped Trip Publisher.

Templates | Editing a Flight Segment

Currently, flight segments in a template cannot be edited. When attempting to edit a flight segment in a template, you will receive a system error message after clicking Save.



If you only need to change the departure and arrival day of the segment, you can copy the segment and select the updated days.



Otherwise, must create a new flight segment to reflect other changes.

AFAR Destination Content

Images that are part of the destination content provided by AFAR are not displayed. We are working with our partner on a solution.
In the meantime, you can:
  1. add AFAR content; however, images will not display and will show blank white space on the itinerary
  2. add Wcities destination content which does not include images
