Follow the steps below to access your Booking Inbox in the Trip Publisher

1. Within a Trip, select Import Bookings.

2. From the Booking Inbox, search for the reservation by Record Locator or keyword and select the GDS type from the Source dropdown menu, then click Search.

  • Bookings synced via Sabre LIVE or ClientBase Sync should appear automatically.

3. Search results will be listed below.

4. Add the bookings by clicking the Options icon (three vertical dots), then Add To Trip.

5. All booking details will be added as segments within the Trip.
