Our Travel Requirements feature, powered by Sherpa, allows travellers to access relevant information on travel health and safety requirements within their itinerary.
NOTE: Travel Requirements do not replace the information provided by the government and other authorities; Umapped advises that all travel advisors and travellers still consult local authorities to ensure they meet all entry or transit requirements.
1. Click on your user profile in the top right-hand corner and navigate to your Preferences.
2. Enable Travel Requirements by toggling it to the right. This feature will be on by default.
3. Navigate back to your Trip and send it off to your travellers.
The Travel Requirements feature will now appear on all travellers’ Trips in the Web View (Travel Requirements will not be available on the mobile app or PDF).
