Ensemble My TripRoute Mobile App

Upcoming changes to the MyTripRoute Mobile App

Two changes will occur beginning Monday, June 10th, 2024.
  1. Umapped will be decommissioning the MyTripRoute mobile app.
  2. Travellers will be redirected to the Umapped V2 mobile app to access their current and future trips.

What you need to know

  1. The MyTripRoute app will no longer be available in the App Store or Google Play Store from Monday, June 10th, 2024.
  2. The MyTripRoute app will not be removed from devices; however, no further updates will be released for it.
  3. When travellers click on the App Store or Google Play Story logos in the itinerary email or on the web itinerary, they will be directed to download the Umapped app.
  4. The Umapped app offers the same experience as MyTripRoute today - with your company name and logo present.
  5. Travellers will not need to create a new account with the Umapped app. They can log in with their existing MyTripRoute email and password.
  6. All other Ensemble member perks will remain available, such as preferred pricing and the extended trial offering.

What you need to do

To ensure your travellers receive app updates and the best experience, it is recommended that you contact travellers with an upcoming trip and advise them to download the Umapped V2 mobile app to access their itinerary.

The app can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play Store to access their itinerary via a mobile device or tablet.

A further email reminder will be sent to Ensemble members on the day of the change.
