Searching and Filtering Trips

Using the Dashboard, you can easily search through or filter your Trips.

To see your recently viewed Trips, click the Recent icon (1); otherwise, click the Filter icon (2) to the right of the search bar.

Select which types of Trips you want to search through:
  1. My Current Trips are Trips you've created and will show Active (in progress and future) trips by default.
  2. Trips Shared with Me are trips you've been added as a Collaborator. For more on this feature, click here.
  3. Company Trips (if applicable) are all trips visible to you within your agency group.
  4. My Past Trips are all of your past-dated trips.
TIP: To view your most recent past trips, click the arrow beside the Date column header to sort your past trips in descending order.

Use the search bar to search by keyword
  1. Trip Name
  2. Booking Number (Tramada, ClientBase)
  3. Customer Email
  4. Trip Tag
  5. Umapped Username
Use the Date option to filter through Past and Active Trips.
  1. Active Trips include all In-Progress and Future Trips and are selected by default.
  2. In-Progress Trips are Trips your clients are currently on.
  3. Future Trips have future travel dates.
  4. Past Trips are completed and are now past-dated.
Use the Trip Status option to filter by Status.
  1. Published Trips have been shared with Travellers, while Pending Trips have not.
Use the Date Created option to filter when the Trip was created.

Your Active Trips will be the first thing you see on login, but your past Trips are always available to refer to or duplicate in the My Past Trips tab.
