Traveller Experience with Insurance Cross-sell

Traveller Experience with Insurance Cross-sell

If your traveller’s Trip does not include an insurance, our cross-sell functionality will allow your traveller to add insurance to their Trip by requesting a quote from you, their travel advisor.

Your traveller will open the Web View of the Trip from the Trip email they receive by clicking View Your Trip.

At the top of the itinerary, travellers will see a suggestion to protect their trip with insurance.

If the traveller doesn’t wish to add insurance, they can click No Thanks.
  1. Once No Thanks is clicked, the Insurance Cross-sell segment will not reappear.
If the traveller does wish to add insurance, they can click the Send Me A Quote button.

Once the traveller has requested insurance, the suggestion box will disappear, and they will receive a success message letting them know you (their Travel Advisor) have been notified and that you will reach out to them.

You (the Travel Advisor) will receive an email alerting you that your client wants a quote to purchase insurance.

You can contact them to purchase insurance and add an insurance segment to their Trip with all the details.
