Add a Note to include any information that isn't captured in another segment.
Click the Add icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen and select Note. Give your Note a title and description. Add a date or link to a specific booking to place the Note within your Trip (this can be changed later).
- If no booking is linked, the Note will be placed at the beginning of that Trip date. If no date is selected, the Note will be placed at the beginning of the Trip.
Tip: You can create title-only notes for overall trip prices, quick messages for your travellers, and more! Click Add to Trip after adding your title - no details/description required.
Edit your Note at any time by clicking View Details. You can also add links, videos, photos, and files to your Note.

The Note segment card will display a paperclip icon with the number of files that are attached to the note.
Notes can be private (just for you and your Collaborators) or public (for your Travellers to view within their Web View or mobile app).
You cannot change the note type once saved. A hidden/private note will remain private, and a public note will remain visible to all.
If a note was hidden/locked in error, simply copy and paste the details into a new note and delete the hidden/locked note.
Check the Hide Note box when creating a note to make the note hidden on the traveller views.
Hidden (locked) notes will display a lock icon on the segment card.
