Release 3.4.5 → 18 Dec (ET)

General backend improvements.

Mobile App 1.4.0

The phased release will begin on 1 December 2023, with all apps updated by 8 December 2023.
  1. We've fixed the Note segment document links and web links that are not opening the correct URL.
  2. Technical enhancements and optimizations to pave the way for a more robust and efficient app experience.

FIXES

  1. The mobile view of the web itinerary contact card was not correctly populating the phone number when pressed. This has been resolved.

IMPROVEMENTS

  1. When inviting a Collaborator, the Add Collaborator wording has been clarified, and a highlighted section has been added about not adding travellers as collaborators.

FIXES

  1. Resolved the issue where the Trip Publisher screen went blank when typing a zero in the End Time of an Activity or Transportation segment.

IMPROVEMENTS

NEW -- My Past Trips tab on the Dashboard

  1. Locating past trips quickly by selecting the MY PAST TRIPS tab on the Dashboard.
  2. MY CURRENT TRIPS will show all current and future trips by default. You can still use the Filters to narrow down your results, including viewing past trips.

Font Update

  1. The font used in Note details and other segment details has been reverted to a sans-serif font. The font size has also been increased.

FIXES

  1. Fixed an issue where users could not add a hyperlink to text in a Library Document after it had been created.
  2. Some chat messages sent via the web itinerary did not trigger the email notification digest email to advisors. This has been resolved.
  3. Improved error messaging for activity segments when an end time entered occurs before the start time.

  2. Fixed an issue where flights added via Traveller Collaboration on the web itinerary were not displaying correctly in the mobile app.

Updated Weather Display

As part of our transition to a new weather provider, users will notice new weather icons and new verbiage around our weather provider (Apple Weather). 

Numerous fixes and upgrades are being introduced for in-app bugs, including:
  1. NEW cookie banner in iOS and Android
  2. Fix for manually added insurance segments
  3. Fix for selecting dates and times with traveller collaboration
  4. Fix for multiple links in one note segment not opening the correct link
  5. Fix for transportation contact name with traveller collaboration
  6. General verbiage, padding, and navigation improvements

IMPROVEMENTS

Tramada | Unsupported Characters

  1. Additional support has been added for special characters received in a Tramada reservation that prevented users from importing select bookings.

FIXES

Insurance Segment Date

  1. When editing an insurance segment with no date assigned, the current date was added when the segment was saved. This has been resolved - the date field will remain empty if no date is selected.

Document Attachment Limit

  1. When attempting to add more than ~60 file attachments to an itinerary, users would encounter an error indicating they've reached the maximum number of attachments.
    1. Users can now add up to 200 file attachments to an itinerary.

BUG FIXES

Insurance Segment

  1. The Important Information and Policy Description details of a manually added Insurance segment were duplicated on the web view. This has been resolved, and the details will only display once.

Traveller Collaboration

  1. Some fields in a Restaurant or Activity segment added by a Traveller via Collaboration were not editable once the segment was added. This has been resolved.

Rich Text Editor

  1. When adding text via the rich text editor, selecting the 'Formatted' text type, and saving the details, the text would run off the segment card. This UI has been fixed.

Duplicate Chat Email Notifications

  1. When chat email notifications were received, the email was delivered twice, and the contest within the email was duplicated. This has been resolved; only one email will be sent without duplicate content.

Sabre PNR Import

  1. When attempting to import a Sabre PNR via the PNR Import tab, an error was received, and PNRs would not import. This has been resolved and PNRs should successfully import.

Activity - Event (type)

  1. Activity segments added with the type Event defaulted to the current date when saved and added to an itinerary. This has been resolved, and the date will remain as entered when creating the Event.

Release 2.19 → 15 February

FIXES

  1. When adding a link to the details section of a segment and selecting the target to open in a new window, this would not save. This has been resolved, and links will now open in a new window/tab.

IMPROVEMENTS

NEW Activity Types

  1. Support for two new activity types has been added. When adding an activity, you can now choose SPA or THEATRE as a type.
